My AC went out and they came out to fix it. We did have to get a whole new Ruud unit installed. When they first fixed it, it was great! Then something happened to the refrigerant in the unit (not their fault). The third time they came out they fixed it and added new refrigerant. So far so good! I will say they did come out in a timely manner to fix the refrigerant issue and explained what they were doing well to me and my husband. Would recommend.
